Things Who Relax Me



I am a girl very active and full of energy. However, sometimes I need to relax and do something for unwind myself. It has many things that I like to do to relax, but there are three things that I like more to do than the others.


First of all, I really like to watch movies at my home very comfortable in my couch or in my bed with a lot of coverage and pillow. I like a lot of different kind of movies, such as, comedy, tragedy, romance, suspense and action movies. However, I really don’t like western, horror and science fiction movies. When I watch a movie, I choose it depending how I feel this day. I like watching movies because I feel relaxed and it changes my mind if I have something that I don’t want to think about.



Secondly, a thing that I really enjoy is stretching. Just before go to sleep, I take my mattress, and do some stretching. At the same time I try to take good deep breath. This help me to unwind myself before  going sleep. I really sleep better when I do my stretching.  In addition, I improve my flexibility.  



After that, I enjoy to put some good music, and clean my room or change my room furniture of place. It relaxes me and makes me very happy because I love changes. Music is everywhere in my life and it is very important because it helps me to change my mood, and I really need it to do my training.

Finally, to relax I watch movies, stretch myself and listen music. I really enjoy all of these things and they make me very happy. Therefore, when I need to relax, I already know what I have to do.

Dark or Milk Chocolate


 In the world, most people like chocolate. Everyone enjoys eating chocolate bars, chocolate cake, chocolate fondue, chocolate muffins, etc... Also, there are so many different kinds of chocolate, such as, white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate and more. However, the question is: Are there many differences between dark and milk chocolate? Effectively there are few differences.

        First, the taste of the dark chocolate is much bitterer than milk chocolate, and it is why while young people like milk chacolate, older people prefer dark chocolate.
 
          




        Secondly, milk chocolate is not as good for the health as the dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is very good for the health according to many researchers because it improves the functioning of the arteries, lowers blood pressure, can significantly improve cardiovascular health, it is a source of antioxidants and much more.

        After that, milk chocolate has as many calories as dark chocolate. There isn't really a difference between dark and milk chocolate's calories. They both have between 500 and 550 calories per 100g.

        Finally, either dark chocolate or milk chocolate is good for you. Dark like milk chocolate help you fight stress, anxiety and gives energy. Eat what you like the most and enjoy it. Be careful to not go in excess. Continue to appreciate your chocolate, it is good for you!

Preparing to Build a Piece of Furniture

            It is easy to build a piece of furniture by yourself when you have the correct tools and the space. Regardless of what you want to build, it is important to always follow this procedure. If you follow these six steps, you will have an excellent result.
           
First, select what you want to build, such as, a wardrobe, a night table, a bed or a dining table. You can even make a sketch. When you know what you want to build, decide which material you want to use to build your piece of furniture, such as, maple, cherry, etc…
           
Secondly, it is important that you know where you will put it in your house because you want to be sure that it will fit exactly as you want. Therefore, you have to measure the space that you have to build this piece. Be careful to be very precise with your measurements.
           

        After that, you have to make plans of your piece of furniture, but this time with all the measurements and with all the faces, such as, front, back, sides, and top. For this step, you have to do a lot of calculations, and you must be sure that your measurements are exact because if they are not exact, you will be not able to build your project correctly. To do this, you have to know how wide, how long, how high, how deep you want your piece of furniture. You can use internet or a magazine of construction to find the regular size to help you.
           

Then, with your plans calculations all the woodblocks, and all the materiel that you will need to build this piece of furniture. When you know all the stuff that you need, you can go to buy it in a hardware store.

The next step, when you have all the materiel, you are ready to begin to build. However, before to start, be sure that you know all the steps to do, and in the good order to realize your project. Depending what tools you need to build be very careful, and ask help if you need it. This is one of the longer steps that you have to do, but be patient and very precise.

Next, when your piece of furniture is complete, you have the choice what you want to do with it. For example, if it is built in wood like cherry, you can sand it, and dye it the color that you want. Also, to have a more beautiful result you can varnish your piece of furniture, and it will be stronger.

Advice for a First Date

There are many things that you must not do during a first date. It is very important that your date feels comfortable and interested. Of course, you don’t want to be boring either. You have to be confident and show your best smile. However, I want to tell you what you must not do if you want to have success with your date.
  First of all, don’t introduce your parents on the first night. You will scare your date, and you may never see him or her again and that's not what you want. It is not a good idea because this person will feel uncomfortable and  feel too much pressure.
Secondly, don’t bring your friends on a date especially if your date doesn’t know them because your date could feel that you are not interested in him or her. On a first date, you want to know more about the other person, but with your friends around you, it will be harder to have a good discussion.
Next, you have to be organized. Don’t ask someone on a date if you do not plan anything. You have to be prepared because you want to impress him or her and you don’t want to look like someone who is boring or like someone who doesn’t care about this output.
Finally, I have show you three things that you must not do for your first date with someone. Don’t introduce your parents the first time, don’t bring your friends and don’t be disorganized. If you follow this warning, you will have a good chance to see your date again. Good luck!
